“People not profits.” You might hear this in discussions over health care and emergency situations. Ask these people to check out the success of Jeff Ellis and Associates, International Aquatic Safety and Risk Management Consultants. In July they hosted their annual Lifeguard Challenge. An Ellis employee describes it:
Our goal with the Lifeguard Challenge is to provide fun yet challenging events that help keep our clients as leaders in aquatic safety and drowning prevention throughout the world. Lifeguards at our client facilities are trained professionals in recognition and response to aquatic emergencies, and this is an outlet for them to showcase their skills.
