Denver Health code red health care rallies: Tuesday, December 15, 11:45 AM

December 10th, 2009 | by Brian Schwartz |

Here’s your final chance to tell your Senators in D.C. what you think of the so-called “Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (HR 3590). Do you want politicians to penalize people for not buying politically-corect insurance — as they they define it? Do you want mandatory insurance, which outlaws affordable health insurance Do you want to pay higher taxes to fund wasteful government health plans (Medicaid and Medicare)?   Do you want a new government-run health plan that competes unfairly with non-government insurers? (See, there’s still a public option “trigger” & “Reid’s compromise” expands existing programs)  Do you want higher insurance premiums and higher taxes? Do you want a policy that encourage insurers to avoid the sick, cater to healthy?

If not, attend one of the following Code Red Rallies in Colorado next Tuesday, December 15 at 11:45 AM in Colorado Springs, Denver, Fort Collins, Grand Junction, and Pueblo.  There’s also a Code Red Rally in DC.
